Fire-resistant conveyor system closure
Production and logistics processes require a wide variety of construction methods for transport systems.
When these conveyor systems pass through fire walls, openings must be equipped with fire doors to prevent the spread of fire via the transport mechanism or transported goods.
In the event of a fire, the conveyor belt is immediately cleared and then automatically sealed off.
This requires not only fire resistance classified according to EN 13501-2, but also the ability to quickly and effectively clear and seal the closure areas in case of fire.
