So what does the job entail?
- Develop products and services, such as actively contributing ideas and exchanging ideas with management, with the goal of expanding and broadening the offer.
- Conduct market research and analyses
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyze the results and advise on areas of improvement
- Set up a marketing strategy and, from that, plan a marketing plan with the goal of marketing products and services.
- Maintain a CRM system concerning customer relationships and undertaken actions
- Support events and trade shows.
